It looks nice...

It looks really cool.. However as far as the product itself, I have had mine for a long time and I can't charge it.. because if I do, the Tile goes starts playing over and over and over basically until the battery dies and it is the most annoying thing. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying extra for this version vs the basic. The idea is great, just doesn't quite work as you'd expect it to. I charged it for the first time in a few months, and it's sitting on my desk randomly playing portions of the tone and then stops on its own. Very annoying. As per my Amazon order history, I purchased mine on February 14, 2022.. I purchased the original and all the accessories through Keysmart, wish I knew where that were as the Max version is a little bulkier and pretty much a waste for the way that I have to use it due to the tile going off randomly for no apparent reason.

worst product i bought in recent years, be warned!

This product doesn't work and support do not reply or provide any help. I will do everything in my force to let other customers know about this scam product. The idea is very good and for those with memory loss this should be a good product.

RFID Blocks the card in my wallet

My card is in my RFID wallet, but I get messages all day long that say I left the card behind. I think it’s being blocked. Good product though for other wallets without RFID perhaps.

For those that are saying there is poor customer service, it’s probably because this is a small company and their leadership is busy developing products and their career. I’m afraid this is the way of startups sometimes. A good model for customer service is their competitor, which shall go nameless but I think you all know who I’m referring to.

The magnetic slide release will take some getting used to to. Everything is good with my purchase but it did seem to take a long time for such a small package. No big deal it wasn’t excessive

Lost

I bought two of these not long ago for my girlfriend and myself. The AirTag worked great when our keys were stolen but the key smart key holder sucks. It somehow unscrewed itself and my girlfriend lost all her keys somewhere. I was planning on buying one for my mom but I’ll look elsewhere now.

Very practical

The card is very easy to set up with Iphone and very thin, barely thicker than a bank card. Easy to charge as well, not sure at this moment how long the battery lasts on one charge.

Perfect

Great but…. The false alarms

Love the way it fits in my wallet and that it’s rechargeable. Definitely great to know where my wallet is at all times. The “notify when left behind” feature definitely gives plenty of false alerts. It happens at least once or twice a day. I’m hesitant to turn that notification off because I’d love to have that when it really happens. Other than that it’s great.

Lots of False Positives

I've only been using the SmartCard for a few weeks and it's already causing minor headaches. I get multiple false positives ("this device is no longer detected near you") every day when it's definitely in my wallet in back pocket. However, seeing that alert on my watch / phone always causes a mild panic before I realize the SmartCard is wrong and very much in my possession. It would be great if this thing would alert me when I've ACTUALLY misplaced it. It is super thin and battery is still showing full charge. I really think there's potential here. Maybe mine's just bugged, but maybe not?

The Bi-Fold Wallet design is great. A small wallet that can hold bills is a fantastic idea. I have been searching for something like this in the market for a long time and finally KeySmart has it. They even offer simcard slot and hidden card slot which are excellent idea. The only problem is the quality. I bought this for my Thailand trip and only one trip, the wallet is start falling apart. The stitch on the top part (folding part) of the wallet was lost and now it got opened. I understand that the folding part will break but it should not happen just in one trip.

GoodProduct but terrible service

The slim card is a good product but customer service was terrible. They say delivery to Australia in 25 days but when no news after 30 days I started asking questions but never did get a reply after 5 emails. Goods finally arrived after 44 days. I never did get any response to my inquiries.
