United Air Lines lost my bag at Denver airport. But, because of a clerical error in the United Airlines search request, they couldn’t find it. It had around $400 of new clothes in it!! After three days they said, “Do you know how big Denver Airport is?”, to me, as a reason it would never be found. With the KeySmart trackers map, and a google map, I showed them exactly where it was.
