This item is worthless. When I actually need to find my wallet, it says item is unreachable. Eventually I have found my wallet the old fashioned way by looking around, and even then holding the smart card right next to my wallet it says its unreachable. The only time I get notifications of having left my wallet with smartcard behind is when I actually have it with me, creating anxiety and confusion. And yes, this is with the smartcard fully charged up. Doesn't help when you need it, and creates anxiety and worry when you don't.

The worst shipment carrier
I didn’t get the package still due to Canada post on strike… try ask me year later lol
Put SmartCard in wallet and can barely hear the alert sound. Took card out of the wallet and put it right in front of me on a table and can still barely hear the alert. This card is virtually useless. I should have bought another Tile alert instead. I have no problem hearing those products.
I ordered Dec. 4, 2024. No Smart cards. No update on delivery date. Very disappointed was hoping to order more but if you can't deliver what is the use?

Battery doesn't hold a charge for longer than a day. I charge the keysmart every morning and by midday there no charge left in the battery. I thought it was supposed to hold a charge for 30-45 days?
My order was more than 2 months late and I sent numerous emails which were not answered and I got my order in a piece mail fashion. I was not pleased with the whole encounter and would not order again. I asked for compensation and received none!
Ordered a few of their products in early October, and didn't receive my items until over a month later. After another two months corresponding with customer support to get a refund on a product, I'm still unable to get my refund back even after the item was shown as received through the USPS over two weeks ago. I sent more follow-up e-mails and have yet to have an update. They're just holding my items hostage until I take my previous negative review down (assuming, since they only want to talk about a separate e-mail about addressing my negative review in their support e-mails back to me). Terrible company. Please do not buy from them.
