I've only been using the SmartCard for a few weeks and it's already causing minor headaches. I get multiple false positives ("this device is no longer detected near you") every day when it's definitely in my wallet in back pocket. However, seeing that alert on my watch / phone always causes a mild panic before I realize the SmartCard is wrong and very much in my possession. It would be great if this thing would alert me when I've ACTUALLY misplaced it. It is super thin and battery is still showing full charge. I really think there's potential here. Maybe mine's just bugged, but maybe not?
The Bi-Fold Wallet design is great. A small wallet that can hold bills is a fantastic idea. I have been searching for something like this in the market for a long time and finally KeySmart has it. They even offer simcard slot and hidden card slot which are excellent idea. The only problem is the quality. I bought this for my Thailand trip and only one trip, the wallet is start falling apart. The stitch on the top part (folding part) of the wallet was lost and now it got opened. I understand that the folding part will break but it should not happen just in one trip.

The slim card is a good product but customer service was terrible. They say delivery to Australia in 25 days but when no news after 30 days I started asking questions but never did get a reply after 5 emails. Goods finally arrived after 44 days. I never did get any response to my inquiries.

I received the Key Smart Max for Christmas, and although the uploading and activating was super easy, I am VERY frustrated and disappointed in trying to put the keys into the device. First of all, even though package stated up to 14 keys, I cannot even get 7 keys onto the too short screw, without spacers. Secondly, it was extremely difficult unscrewing the key holder pin to open up the two sections. I even used a better regular screw driver as the tiny bullet of plastic was useless. I highly recommend lengthening the screw or adding sections to help lengthen it to 14 keys. I also would have a better screw driver, and deeper tap to unscrew it, OR better yet, a Allen Wrench is much better/easier o use.
In the meantime, I just wanted to know how to fix this so I can put my keys in it going forward. I am just going to attach keys outside it like a key fob, which is so NOT ideal, but all I can think of for now.

Excellent product & speedy service. Super good product. Fits exactly in my card holder.
Good customer service but in my case the product failed twice. They were very helpfull in replacing the first one i recieved. Unfortunately it has also stopped working. And due to customs and tax issues I can't get another replacement, because it costs me about $30 i tax and customs each time I recieve a replacement. So not Keysmarts fault but my specific situations fault. But of course disappointed in the product.

It is difficult to form a view without knowing the likely risk of non delivery. I thought the cost of the cover was reasonable in absolute dollar terms but I cannot opine on value for money
Works okay with FindMy apple app. I get notifications when my wallet is with me and my phone is in the same pocket that it was left behind which is strange. But better than an apple tag on my wallet. It doesn’t have the direction like 5 feet away like apple tags.

I had a pro but the tile stopped working... So I tried the next step up and it feels so much cheaper and it sucks compared to the actual cheaper one.... Waist of money I should of just bought the pro again

I love how compact it is, I overall love the wallet. The first one I got the lever to push the cards up broke off. KeySmart was quick to replace it but something feels off with the second one’s lever too unfortunately.
